The musical spa is a tool for reducing and preventing stress disorders: Anxiety, Irritability, Anger, Depression, Low mood, Difficulty concentrating, Tiredness, Headaches, Muscle pain, Tension, Stomach problems.

If you recognize yourself in one of the problems described above, you probably already live in a state of prolonged stress.

ATTENTION: Stress does not come from external causes (such as work, money or arguments), stress comes from our ability to remain calm in the face of problems. The more angry we get, the more the stress and the disorders described grow.

THE MUSICAL SPA

The musical spa is a tool capable of calming our emotions and strengthening concentration.

This tool, if used every day, creates a calm mental state with which you can consciously evaluate what is happening to you; you can intensify your concentration while studying or taking a test in class, or relax with a meditation, or have fun with a quality video.

Dedicate at least 10 minutes a day to listening to your favorite songs during the activity that causes you the most anxiety. A 30 minute session, if experienced with concentration, gives energy, balance and calm for many hours. After a few days of daily use, you will see that the problems will seem less harsh.

Using the spa is very simple: we have studied 8 paths for waking up, work, leisure and other moments of the day.
Each route offers different musical sequences, 30 minutes each: an in-depth description will guide you in choosing the sequence best suited to your personality. Choose freely: each song has been selected by experts in the field of music therapy, among the most beautiful in the world, to help you live a unique wellness experience.

FOR TEACHERS:
– Start each lesson with a 5/10 minute listening session to increase your students’ concentration ability by up to 50%
– Play background music during a classroom test to help students reduce tension by up to 60% and perform better

FOR STUDENTS:
Our study music helps you improve your memorization and ability to control the data acquired. This is because the music we suggest comes from numerous studies and research, with clear results.

FOR EDUCATORS AND CARE-GIVERS:
When caring for others it is important to also consider the emotional aspect. It is often emotions that amplify the symptoms of a pathology and work on this aspect significantly improves the quality of life, in every situation.

FOR WORKERS LAVORATORI:
Concentration in work not only helps efficiency, but the relationship itself with the work activity and colleagues. A peaceful state of mind will help you live your work time with more satisfaction.

Side effects: a peaceful life.

NOTES

The musical spa is a support present 24 hours a day to meet peaks of stress: the moments when immediate help is needed. However, regular use helps create an emotional state capable of calmly facing even the most serious problems.

Perhaps our proposals do not meet everyone’s musical tastes, as often happens with medicines that are good but have a bitter taste.

But now it’s time to start.

Happy listening.

The morning is the most delicate moment of the day, capable of influencing our mood for many hours.
Choose the sound of your alarm carefully so that it is not too loud, because it is good to open your eyes little by little.
Immediately afterwards, however, you can use one of our tracks to increase your energy and start your day in a calm and concentrated way. Let us accompany you during breakfast or on your way to school.

Jazz – Gershwin

Orchestra – Grieg
0:00 0:00
🔊 100%

Grieg’s ‘THE MORNING’ introduces the theme with a faint flute, like a light ray of sunshine penetrating the window; an oboe follows, then a cello, until a slow awakening of the whole orchestra which helps us enter our day in a gentle way. The song continues with an increasingly pressing rhythm, to make sure we wake up properly.
This opera was written to musically represent the awakening of Peer Gynt, protagonist of the play of the same name by Norwegian playwright Henrik Ibsen.

Quartet – Haydn

🔊 100%

Haydn offers us a lighter and sunnier awakening, which recalls the carefree life of eighteenth-century ladies. After an initial slow start, we see brighter rhythms that will wake up our morning, but always with the fluttering delicacy of those who have a quiet morning ahead of them.

Piano – Beethoven

Maybe we want to wake up to more fun and rhythmic notes; in this case we have a selection of piano pieces by Beethoven. The sweet and pleasant melodies will help us enter the day in a more decisive and cheerful way.

The most passionate readers have a high ability to remove themselves from the context to focus their attention only on reading. It is no coincidence that they are capable of reading in the most unusual places, even though they prefer silence.
There is probably only one thing preferable to silence when reading or studying: the sounds of nature. In the field of music therapy it has long been known that these sounds act on our subcortical system, unconsciously generating a very profound state of calm. Even NASA uses the sounds of nature to limit anxiety and panic attacks of astronauts in orbit.
Many people like to study or work in a sound bath to isolate themselves from the outside environment; for them we thought of sequences divided by musical type, in order to create a homogeneous carpet that avoids distractions and improves concentration.

Happiness is a state of mind that is put to the test every day. Many things give us a momentary smile, but only a good dose of good music puts us back on our feet emotionally in a lasting way.

The relaxation of the mind from study, work or everyday domestic life helps us return to our activities with new energy and reinvigorated mental strength. This is provided that the moment of distraction is of good quality and does not absorb all our energies.
So let’s close social media: our mind deserves a high-level pastime.

Here are some videos of good artists who can improve your mood with very high quality performances. Laughter is a very effective tool against anxiety and greatly improves cognitive abilities. Let’s have 5 minutes of laughter every now and then.

Meditation is a path of slow emptying of the mind and the tensions that unconsciously oppress our body.
In this section we find:
1- Intensely relaxing musical pieces.
2- Short guided meditations on a carpet of sounds, carefully chosen to keep the mind alive and release thoughts. The guiding voice helps us work on different points of the body and the musical sequences support concentration in a pleasant way.
3- 10 minute sound paths for an individual musical meditation; these sequences are designed for short but intense breaks, when you need to recharge your energy quickly.

At the end of each experience we will feel a very deep state of relaxation.

Deep relaxation

🔊 100%

Let’s take a deep breath and enter into an experience that will change us profoundly. We will spend almost an hour in total relaxation, thanks to a truly special sequence. There are many people who talk about relaxing music but few actually study its effects on humans. Today there are teams of neuroscientists and musicians working to achieve the highest levels of physical and mental well-being. The fruit of this work is a sound path capable of reducing stress by up to 65%.
The main characteristic of this piece consists of prolonged sounds and dilated melodies which makes you lose control over the passage of time; a technique that communicates calm to the limbic system, the innermost part of our brain. The mind that no longer has temporal grips abandons itself to events and loses control, the real cause of tensions and anxieties.
We recommend a pair of full coverage headphones to fully immerse yourself in this experience of complete relaxation. Have a good trip.
