HOW THE SPA WORKS
This tool is used to remove stress.
THE STRESS
Stress is a state of tension beyond our physical and mental strength. He is the cause of many pathologies such as Anxiety, Irritability, Anger, Depression, Low mood, Difficulty concentrating, Tiredness, Headaches, Muscle pain, Tension, Stomach problems.
Unfortunately, our life provides us with stress every day. If you recognize yourself in one of the problems described above, you probably already live in a state of prolonged stress.
ATTENTION: We must know that the real cause of stress is not negative events, but our way of reacting to these events. This is why we need a tool that is able to calm our emotions and strengthen our concentration.
THE MUSICAL SPA
This tool, if used every day, creates a calm mental state with which you can consciously evaluate what is happening to you; you can intensify your concentration while studying or taking a test in class, or relax with a meditation, or have fun with a quality video.
Dedicate at least 10 minutes a day to listening to your favorite songs during the activity that causes you the most anxiety. A 30 minute session, if experienced with concentration, gives energy, balance and calm for many hours. After a few days of daily use, you will see that the problems will seem less harsh.
Using the spa is very simple: we have studied 8 paths for waking up, work, leisure and other moments of the day.
Each route offers different musical sequences, 30 minutes each: an in-depth description will guide you in choosing the sequence best suited to your personality. Choose freely: each song has been selected by experts in the field of music therapy, among the most beautiful in the world, to help you live a unique wellness experience.
Side effects: a peaceful life.
NOTE
1 you won’t find the new age songs you find online, because our aim is not to make you sleep, but to create a state of serene lucidity.
2 perhaps our proposals do not meet everyone’s musical tastes, as often happens with medicines that are good for you but have a bitter taste. Listening reluctantly will not bring great results but, if you abandon yourself with confidence to our proposals, the results will come immediately.
3 the spa is a support present 24 hours a day to meet peaks of stress: the moments when immediate help is needed. However, regular use helps create an emotional state capable of calmly facing even the most serious problems.
But now it’s time to start.
Happy listening.

The most passionate readers have a high ability to remove themselves from the context to focus their attention only on reading. It is no coincidence that they are capable of reading in the most unusual places, even though they prefer silence.
There is probably only one thing preferable to silence when reading or studying: the sounds of nature. In the field of music therapy it has long been known that these sounds act on our subcortical system, unconsciously generating a very profound state of calm. Even NASA uses the sounds of nature to limit anxiety and panic attacks of astronauts in orbit.
Many people like to study or work in a sound bath to isolate themselves from the outside environment; for them we thought of sequences divided by musical type, in order to create a homogeneous carpet that avoids distractions and improves concentration.

The fruit of this work is a sound path capable of reducing stress by up to 65%.
The main characteristic of this piece consists of prolonged sounds and dilated melodies which makes you lose control over the passage of time; a technique that communicates calm to the limbic system, the innermost part of our brain.
